| Meditation - Day 18...Darn |

 Well, I was really good about the meditation the whole time I traveled last week, doing it every day - even the day I was up at 5am to catch my flight. And, last night I realized, as I got into bed, that I'd forgotten to meditate yesterday. Sometimes when that happens I am still sufficiently awake to be able to meditate for 15 minutes or so without falling asleep (laying on my back) and then adjust my position and go to sleep following the meditation session. Last night I was just too tired and as soon as I started I began to drift off. So, I have officially missed my first day. I will not miss today however, as I am off to meditate right now. :-)
