After this morning's meditation I realized it has been over a month of consistent meditation. :-) I think from Jan 2 I missed only 2 days, which means I have done about 31 days out of 33. I'm very pleased and looking forward to continuing. It's getting easier to slip into that place and get a little deeper in the 15-17 minutes I'm doing each day. The last two days my head has begun to weave ever so slightly on its own - and it feels fabulous. I'm having the feeling of something circling my head sometimes as well - a very pleasurable feeling - and a little odd.

I also wanted to share a quote today from Abraham-Hicks, my favorite Law of Attraction/personal growth type teachers"

"People say. "If I'm always setting goals and reaching for the future, then am I not squandering my now?" And we say if in your now you're using a future event to make you feel good, you are still feeling good in your now. And that's the best use of now that you could ever find."

My concern for the environment actually kept me from embracing my passion for a time, and then the pull was just too strong.
