As any regular reader of several of my blogs will know - I am a huge fan and an avid listener to Abraham-Hicks materials. A few months ago Esther and Jerry did a seminar in Colorado which I listened to. Abraham discussed meditation in incredible detail, giving the best description I have ever heard and helping me tremendously to further my meditation experience. Today I had a truly unusual experience - I experienced a sensation of movement - almost of a light pressure pushing my head from left to right very slowly - all the way from one site to the other. My thought was perhaps like trying out the motion, deliberately and slowly. The sensation of pleasure was wonderful and the movement felt fantastic. I will post more on the evolution of this experience and we'll see where it takes me. :-)
